KERATIN reserves the right, at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend, or terminate the warranty.

3. How long does it take to get a replacement?
The TAT is 25 days from the date of receiving the product at our address mentioned in the contact section.

4. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues:
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by KERATIN or its authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase. KERATIN's limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty is void for items taken outside the country where they were originally bought or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase. Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through KERATIN's authorized distributors and retailers are handled through KERATIN and concerned dealers. For quality-related warranty claims: - Items will be repaired or replaced with a brand-new product of the same model. - If a replacement is unavailable, KERATIN will provide an alternative product of the same brand or a different brand with the same power rating, though it may not include the holding feature. If the customer is not satisfied with the replacement, KERATIN will offer a refund after deducting depreciation costs.
